Please review the following information:

• ALL athletes must have every RankOne form completed before they can participate. Those forms can be found here: https://planoisd.rankonesport.com/New/NewInstructionsPage.aspx
• All incoming 7th grade athletes must submit a UIL physical. 
• Any 8th grade athlete who did NOT submit a physical last year must submit one. 
• Any 8th grade athlete who DID submit a physical last year just has to complete all RankOne paperwork.
• Physicals will be emailed to barrett.wooten@pisd.edu.
