Texas PTA Life Membership 2021-2022 Nominations Open

Frankford PTA needs your help in order for us to recognize exemplary people in our Frankford Community who have made an exceptional difference in the lives of our children and youth. Do you know such a person?

An Honorary Texas PTA Life Membership is one of the highest honors presented to an individual by the Texas PTA for their outstanding contributions to the well-being of our children. Nominees may be a Frankford teacher/staff member, parent volunteer, or a PTA leader.

If you would like to nominate a deserving individual for their contributions to Frankford Middle School, please fill out the Texas PTA Life Membership Nominating Form no later than January 21, 2022

Remember: All nominating forms must be received by January 21, 2022. Submit to Hilary Dietz, VP-2 Membership, at

The Life Membership Nominating Committee will be comprised of our PTA leaders. The committee will review all nominations and will make the final decision. Each honoree and their guest will be invited to a special PTA Life Membership Reception in March 2022, compliments of Frankford PTA.
